At Relevant Communications, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Put simply, Relevant Communications does not sell, share, or trade any visitor or customer contact or usage information with any third party except those certified Relevant Communications partners listed on our web site, or when required to do so by law.
Information Collection and Usage
The Relevant Communications site offers several opportunities for visitors to request free information such as white papers and newsletters, and for assistance in evaluating our software and services. These request forms are often linked to Relevant Communications' mailing lists and require
visitors to give minimal contact information such as
a name, company, and e-mail address.
We use this contact information to send
visitors information about our company and its products and services. The information is used
to contact site visitors by e-mail for marketing purposes only
if they have granted us permission to do so on the mailing list form (or other forms on our web site),
or for administrative purposes such as contact info updates. Visitors may also be contacted by phone or postal mail.
Opt-in / Opt-out
Relevant Communications provides
visitors the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving
list-based e-mail communications from us. These options are made available
on contact and information request forms that require visitor
information, on sign-up forms for newsletters, notifications,
and other materials, and in all broadcast e-mails that use those lists.
Relevant
Communications differentiates between outbound list-based
broadcast communications, and visitor-generated requests for contact or
information. We reserve the right to respond individually to
specific visitor-generated inquiries, whether by e-mail or other
appropriate means, even if the visitor has indicated an opt-out
position on list-based broadcast communications.
Cookies
Relevant Communications places "cookies" on the specific
system that is used to access the relevantcommunications.com web site. The cookies are used to store a unique visitor ID which is reset for a period of 1 year each time you access the site. The visitor ID is used to correlate information you provide, for personalization
such as automatic form completion, and for tracking purposes.
You do
not need to accept cookies on your system in order to request
contact or information. However, if you have previously opted
into one of our lists, and thereafter disabled your cookies, we
will not be able to automatically remove you from that list, in
which case you would need to contact us in person (see Additional
Information at the bottom of this page).
Client Information
Relevant Communications provides software products and
associated services to its clients. These services may include broadcasting, customer database management and analysis, document creation, and document delivery and tracking. For all clients, Relevant Communications is contractually prohibited from sharing a customer's data with any third party, including partners and other clients, without
the express written consent from the client.

The Relevant Communications web site
may contain links to other sites. Relevant Communications is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such
web sites. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these sites and determine if that site protects your privacy in a responsible manner and to your satisfaction.
Relevant Communications does not
recommend and is not liable for any content, information, advice, products, services or prices contained on or accessible through web sites accessed through these links. Your access and use of any such third party
web sites and their content, information, advice, products or services is solely at your own risk.
Changes in Policy
Relevant Communications reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. Our current privacy practices are posted on this
Privacy Policy page, which can be accessed on our web site under the
'Who We Are' menu item, and through a 'Privacy Policy' link on all sign-up
lists and information request pages. We recommend that you
review this Privacy Policy page from time to time in order to
stay current with respect to our privacy practices.
Acquisition or Changes in Ownership of Relevant Communications Corporation
In the event that Relevant Communications Corporation (or a substantial portion of its assets) is acquired, customer
and visitor contact information would be considered part of those assets, and may be part of those assets that are transferred.
